Photo Booth Operation Requirements
It usually takes an hour to set up the photo booth or Magic Mirror and then an hour to take down again and so with travelling, it can be up to 7 – 8 hours work time. We therefore ask that we are able to have a light snack from the buffet once the guests have eaten. If this is not possible then please do let us know when booking for us to take a packed lunch/dinner.
Booth Sizes / Space Required
The booth measures 1.23m in depth, 3 metres in length and just over 2 metres in height. In addition, we require a space of 1m x 2m for an additional table for your guest book and additional printer / computer.
Photo Booth Location
When selecting the location of the photo booth at your venue please note that we need access to a nearby 13amp mains socket.
For safety reasons the photo booth can only be operated on a solid floor. We are happy to operate the booth inside a marquee but cannot set up outdoors or under a gazebo.
Magic Mirror Size / Space Required
The Magic Mirror measures approximately 1 meter wide, 0.5 meters deep and 1.5 meters high. In addition, we require a space of at least 1m x 2m for guests to pose and an additional table for your guest book and/or additional equipment.
Magic Mirror Location
When selecting the location for the Magic Mirror at your venue please note that we need access to a nearby 13amp mains socket. The Magic Mirror cannot be taken upstairs. If your event is located anywhere other than the ground floor level please ensure that there is access to the required level by lift, we cannot be responsible for failure to provide if the hirer does not ensure that lift access is available.
